Occupied Soul (Deejay Kellan & Dj Reza Wreckage aka Reza C. Clifton) will be providing the sound track for La Soul Renaissance: Overflowing Cup Project this Saturday November 17 at the Inner Bay Cafe in New Bedford (1339 Cove Road, New Bedford, Massachusetts). There will be featured spoken word performances from Boston spoken word artist Ashley Rose and Jo St-Surin, Worcester Spoken word artist Jessica Rameau and acoustic soul music from New Bedford’s Cedric Josey. Show starts at 8pm, and the entrance is $5.00 to enter, 21 + only.
