I’m not sure this is my finest idea but you never know when the body will give. So if it’s asking for movement, it’s movement she’s gonna get – even if it’s almost 7 pm the day before what has become one of my most important months, annually, personally, artistically, and professionally. We all have our demons. One of mine is perfectionism, but today I punch that troublemaker in the face. No, I’m not talking about violence or self-harm; I’m talking about squeezing in a lil dance session even though I’m unlikely to hit my usual two-hour mark. My muscles, my mind, and my overall body and self need some movement, though, and that’s what she’s going to get!
