Woke up feeling the spirit this morning. I had other self-care plans for the morning, but I’m giving myself permission to switch it up. Plus I’ ve put some eucalyptus and peppermint on the stove for my sinuses (pictured third), I’m still drinking my coffee, and I’ll be dealing with this pineapple (pic 2) during my first break. I tried a new tea blend today. I’m not really a composter, so this is the closest thing I’ve got to recycling or reusing fruit discard. It is also designed to be responsive to my current health needs. Ingredients include strawberry scalps and apple close-to-core pieces, raspberry tea, honey, a chamomile blend, and more.
